1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Standard Bookings:
  Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund.

• Late Cancellations:
  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a one-night charge, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• No-Show:
  If a guest does not arrive and no prior cancellation notice is given, no refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These bookings cannot be modified or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Early Departures

If a guest checks out earlier than the reserved stay, refunds for unused nights are subject to hotel management approval and may include an early departure fee.
